Administration improvements

The following improvements have been made to the administration of Meridian Enterprise:

• Restoring a 32-bit Hypertrieve vault on a 64-bit server no longer requires manual editing of the DataStore.ini file to specify the correct database engine DLL file.

• Restoring a vault backup from SQL Server or Oracle onto a server operating system that is incompatible with the sort order of the operating system where the backup was created will now show a prompt to upgrade the database with the icosnlsver.exe tool.
• A registry setting NotReservedTmmLic has been added to disable the requirement for reserved licenses by the Meridian Transmittal Management Module.
• A registry setting DiscardProjectRefs has been added to control the disposition of references between project copies made in the same project folder when one of the project copies is discarded.
